Dax this price in Israeli standard is A BONANZA! A 3 room flat in the center of the country will cost more than 1,200,000 Shekels almost 400,000$!

Tell me about it! In the last decade the prices raised in more than 100%! I see the struggle tha young couple are passing it is really insane! I think that if me and my DW would have to start again we couldn't do it! We bought thei house 12 years ago, and now it is almost TRIPLE it's price!

Our wages are low too though. On the other hand my sister's house near Chicago on an average lot is 500,000.

We are loosing a lot of good young people that cant manage and relocate to Europe and the US
In 1972 we bought the 3.257 acres we now live on. The land was nothing more than an old worn-out cornfield that we gave $10,000 for. That same $10,000 wouldn't buy enough of the same ground to set the house on today.

Dunno, these guys have me stumped like I've never been before... One of em is a roo for sure, other one has roo feathers, build, and temperament but has no comb.... I'm leaning toward them both being boys.
