EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

I feel terrible for possibly having to do off with the eggs that could still hatch but I have another order coming in today and I heard they won't hatch at this point

I absolutely love my roosters. I have four and they're all so sweet!
I have 3, very nice roosters who cause no problems (not including my silkies, which I think 3-4 are roosters, out of my flock of 8, but there's no fighting so far... so they all get to stay.)

But the two roosters who were harassing the ducks and girls, where eaten.

Ours were sweet. My daughter use to love on them, and take them for walks. We definitely have one that's meaner than the other. I'm the only one that can pick them up now. Mr Pecker (named innocently by my son) got injured once and his wattle got infected. I had to give him injections and oral pain meds. Maybe that did it.

All my roosters are grown up and only two get along with each other. I keep going back and forth between actually having five, one being a month old maran, but I'm pretty sure Chicken Wings is a girl. I thought he/she was a rooster for a while because CW acts like one but no comb difference and she's super calm. Well we'll find out soon enough I suppose!

I've gone down to two live eggs. One who I didn't think would make it at all because of internal cracks and 3

This is a picture of cracks about a week ago and then a picture of today

Good morning, beautiful Abi! Thank you for the steaming hot coffee

! Good morning all! Today is my last day of vacation, and it will be a busy one. Abi's ducks (now my ducks) have completely made this their home. My goose is scared of them I think as he won't come over to eat or anything. Funny since he has been the boss for so long! The hens are getting more used to me, but are most relaxed when they hear Abi's voice on the phone. I'm going to be looking for a new home for my lavender Orpington rooster this week. He's beautiful and I wanted to keep him, but he attacked me last night and would not back down. So he's gotta go! Hope you all have a great Sunday!
They need to come back. You can pick up the one you lost on the way!
I have no idea where he could go..... Hmmmmmm
