I hatched this polish yesterday, and it hatched just fine with no issues. But, today I noticed that it's head was a bit bigger than the otheres. Well, I picked it up and saw that it only has 1 eye and a lump on the other side! It is walking around just fine and none of the other chick are picking on it. But what do I do? Do I keep it? Do I cull it?

Is there any skull covering the lump and top of its head?

I suspect there is a skull defect, which will leave the bird (if it survives) vulnerable for brain damage.

Yes. It's like the vaulted scull continues onto where they eye should be instead of staying on just the top.

...

Yeah. Even weirder is that they were Chris McCary Buckeyes, so they were a few gens into our climate. I haven't had that problem with my Chanteclers.
Are you sure it was the heat that killed the boys? Did you get a necropsy and lab work?

Will you be able to purchase the hand feeding formula? It's $16 plus tax.
In addition to that cost, what about all the associated tools/equipment to complete the job.
And what about the $1,000 cage it will need if it miraculously stays alive?
Maybe he could eat the adult food himself and regurgitate it like the parents do.

Very tedious procedure that I wouldn't have the patience to do 7 times a day around the clock 24/7. That's what adult cockatiels are for.

I have not had that issue but I have seen weirder stuff. I had a chick with 3 legs. Two normal legs and one with 4 huge toes growing out of its butt.
I was told, if you incubate enough, you'll see all sorts of things.
Mutations are part of nature.

I knew a lady many years that was hand feeding several baby Parrots and she had to get up several times at night for quite a while to keep those youngesters a going strong.
Cute little birdies,
Greg

Can you imagine someone that continually has to ask for advice about the same simple incubating procedures doing that tedious task over and over?

Seeing this poor chicken like that, make me more confident that one of the main goals of BYC is to educate people about the proper way of raising and keeping chickens and other animals.

As much as the broiler and egg industry disturb me, I believe the roots of the problem are urbanization, overpopulation and the desire for cheap food. Someone has to feed all those urbanites that can't feed themselves and the competitive industries to do so make for appalling conditions to shave a couple cents off of costs.
People continue to want $1 a dozen eggs from Walmart.

Grow around here wild, always called them pinxter bushes . I think it's illegal to dig them up?
Have two in our front yard and one by the garage. I pruned them back one winter and ohh boy did they bloom good the following spring. Very fragrant also, smell the a long ways away. Wish they bloomed longer though.
I've ran into some huge one's on stateland.
