EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

For those of you who pray I would covet your prayers for the meeting tomorrow morning at 8 with my boss. I need to speak calmly and not get angry or defensive, and trust the Lord whatever the outcome. If they won't see my side of it I at least need the job until I find another one.

Dear dax I think that it is not something personal it is just another point of view of things.
Be cool and speak logically!

I have 36 eggs in the incubator for the EHAL. I just candled all my eggs, but only one of them looks like it is forming. Has anyone seen this before? What do I do? The one egg that is developing is being hand turned if I remember to do it, because it doesn't fit in the automatic turner. Any advice? The last eggs I got from this same lady, 8/12 were fertile, but all died(most likely my fault).

I've avoided that place like the plague Lol! Have 34 naked necks in the bator. Feed bills still to high after downsizing and now that the girls are back to laying good there is eggs piling up in the fridge, bout time to make some more habeñero pickled eggs, maybe some cool looking dark brown teriyaki pickled eggs also

TSC would be a BAD place to visit right now.

Haha! I think I can actually resist. I like my birds.
Though if any are injured, I might have to rescue it.

So you start with 212 degree water?

It might be nothing. Give it more time.

Didn't you keep any chicks from her?
No. It didn't occur to me. I wasn't hatching a lot them except with broodies (she hatched from a broody hen) and I was eliminating all the birds that weren't penedesencas.
Dan Did you see the black Petunia? I have one of it, and today it started ti bloom. Not my pic.
I love black flowers, fruits and foliage. I once had a border of black mondo grass (there are a few varieties with various shades of black) around my patio surrounded by all white flowers. Then I put white rope lights under the mondo grass to highlight the white flowers for nighttime parties.
... [@=/u/72519/ChickenCanoe]@ChickenCanoe[/@]It is a shame that sound advice is either ignored, or seen as being mean rather than an offer of experience to consider. [@=/u/296003/Akrnaf2]@Akrnaf2[/@]
I think I'm the stupid one for wasting my time - over and over.
@ChickenCanoe I disagree. often times it seems as though our expected or intended audience might not get the message but the knowledge you have shared may be of use to others. Especially in a open forum such as this someone will undoubtedly benefit from the words you spoke. I have no interest at the moment of owning a parrot but I still read the information you posted and gained knowledge. Thank you for the advice you gave.

Prayers sent up for your meeting. Hope it all works out, try and remain calm and approach it with a sincere and logical attitude.
