EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

I just checked and miraculously about half of the peach blooms seemed to survive the freezes.
I think the apricots are shot. Way too early to tell on the plums. I know half the blooms froze but the other half hadn't opened yet.
Apples and pears are opening now.
If we don't get a mid April freeze like last year, we may be OK.
Long range forecast shows nothing below 38F the rest of the month but rain all week next week starting tomorrow.

Send us sunshine.

Pool is ready! :weee :yesss:

(Well that's what I get for forgetting to put the hens in seperate cages) Oh well, I still have 18 growing babies. They are getting so big!

Sounds like I'm in the same boat as far as fruit surviving. Apples just now blooming. Cherry tree may have fruit but apricot probably not. We also get April freezes so :fl

All that grass gets too be mowed now that the lawn mower was fixed this morning. I ran over a concrete form stake and ruined the blade.
