EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

I googled Ralphie and that what I have got!

Red doesn't look good on you, Ralphie.... Makes you look like a tomato.

And you have not joined us turkey people on the turkey thread yet? 15 turkey eggs in the bator is a serious turkey person move!
If they hatch, i'm going to have to butcher as soon as they get between 12-16 weeks. There's no way hubby's gonna want us over run with turkeys. 1 tom is enough for him lol

I have just been very busy and tired. @campingshaws I lost a Hona yesterday :hit I will not brood them with full size EE and HRIR again. It looked like it got smothered under mhp by the others.
:hugs it happens. Let me know if you want more eggs.

I hope you are well.

@dan26552 Congratulations on the successful broody.
I am glad that your kids are doing better.
Did you know my baby's so prissy she refused to touch her birthday cake????

The toddler took a handful. LOL

She wanted nothing to do with her party haha

I don't think I've ever seen a baby refuse to smash a cake before. but she did. LOL

She was happy about the little ride on car though.

My poppop always said if you cut it in half and its hollow and the top cap actually returns to the stem to form one piece and not have the top cap separate its a true Morel slice it in half and you can see if its hollow and how that sponge look meets the stem I cant tell from that image, but looks like a morel. ours are much darker here

Quote: Someone came in & helped themselves to a bunch of firewood that I'd brought into the house a whole bunch of years ago. It had to be someone who knew us, knew the house was empty all day, and knew that the dog inside wouldn't bother them. All they took was firewood, despite guns, cash, and other marketable stuff throughout the house; some in plain sight. There was a pile of wood behind the house, as well; enough that someone could back up to it and take off with a pickup load and I'd never have noticed, but it wasn't dry.

I called the cops only to let them know that someone was working the area, in case something of real value came up missing. State trooper showed up and we "took the tour". As he was leaving, I mentioned that I might put a sign at the end of the lane..."If you need something, just ask me; I'll probably give it to you...but please don't steal from me". The trooper's response: "If the b_____d comes back, shoot him"!
