Can you explain this to me? Don't understand the connection. Health insurance is typically paid for a person by the company you work for and you usually have a partial payment or full payment for the rest of your family. So Liz must work where she has good health insurance to cover her family because hubby works for his dad and small places cant afford to pay for health insurance for their people. Can you please tell me what is the premia/per person /per mothe of your BEST insurance you can find? More or less it is?
I pay $450 a month, $5000 deductible. It used to be just under $300 a month, but the government decided too make it affordable.

ETA. Actually, I was paying $150 a month in fall 2008, so price has tripled since government has made healthcare affordable.

I lost my first girl today, Skye. She got out of the run somehow and my Doberman got her. I am heartbroken and feel so horribly guilty. She was 19 weeks old this week. She died on the way to the vets office.

I don't blame my dog- his prey drive is extremely high and it is instinctual. Still sucks...

It's absolutely pouring outside. This is what came down last night not including the downpour we are getting right now. The new dam on the pond didn't hold. I've rebuilt it but it's probably going to go again. Will need concrete bags lined up in it to hold I'm afraid.

I got my campsites reservations confirmed for the Backcountry sites on my two and a half day hike. I have a couple of more I am waiting on. Interestingly the guy I bought my camera from is in West Yellowstone and his wife is in a hiking group out there. It may help me find a buddy for the one hike since my friend is a vet, and isn't going to be able to leave the practice that she works for that week. *Sigh*
Cool coincidence huh? Some would say provision. I didn't see that till after I bid.

Directv tech supposed to grace us with his presence this morning. "Your Directv Receiver is starting up" continually showing up on the screen, on both tv's, every few minutes...literally. PITA trying to watch anything.

Hope our have better luck with tv than we did with refrigerator. Still not fixed even after their 5 attempt of fixing the problem.
