Even then, it's a bit risky to put the shovels away.

If that's true, then why put them away at all?

Good Morning all :frow

Thank you for the coffee, Abi!

...

I had a schedule change and have to wait until Thursday to candle the classroom eggs now.

I bought chicken feed yesterday and forgot it was still in the back of the car until it was time to leave for work today.  Thought I would grab the bags real quick and take them to the bin I keep them in.  Went over and took the lid off of the bin, set it down and proceeded to walk to the car to grab the first bag of feed.  That is when I felt IT.  Something inside my shirt!  I dropped the bag of feed, pulled my shirt away from myself and discovered a HUGE GINORMOUS FLYING COCKROACH inside my shirt!  I have never stripped so fast of my clothing (outside even)!  Now I feel like I have creepy crawlies all over me and have hives on my stomach area (I'm allergic to cockroaches).  Moral of this story is: don't leave the chicken feed in the car overnight.  And thank goodness, I live in the middle of nowhere and no one saw me throwing clothes off outside this morning!

:D Pics or it didn't happen. :pop

I live in the banannanaannaaa belt and we are suppose to be snow free now.

It looks great and sounds even better. How long do you smoke the lamb?
Is the pecan and hickory easy to get there?

I have near my home orchards of pecans so no problem for me to get wood for using. I buy the hickory in flakes special for smoking in special stores that sell al the equipment for girls and smokers.
My smoker is home made, So the food is not prepped only by the smoke it is a combination direct and indirect heat and smoke. So it is faster then just smoke, it was almost 4 hours there, and when it arrived to 60C internally I took them out.
