So disappointed...
Quote: Did you know that elephant seals only breath once every 20 minutes while on land, and can go 2 hours between breaths while at sea?

We are looking at these guys to figure out a mechanism to rescue/protect the brain after stroke.

No, I didn't know that - neat!!!
Quote: I'm back - got about 12" taken off, which is such a relief. So that's probably enough for both of us!

Quote: Wow! And interesting - those eggs look like Sweetie's eggs (my NN), though they are brown, not green. I haven't hatched form her yet - was going to this fall, but so many chicks this year that I may wait until next year...

I should start working on stuff again... Don't wanna, but that's just too bad, isn't it?!

I only have 13 chickens though  lol
I had to buy eggs :lau
yessah!!

Aldi's had eggs .59cents a dz last yr. I put 4dz in the cart (for pickled eggs) DW threw a fit "we're not spending $40 a month on feed to buy eggs!!!"
But they weren't laying... and I used to think fresh eggs were about impossible to peel good.

Tried all the suggestions, nothing seemed to work for me. Boil 2dz old eggs of ours just to get a dz presentable one's for pickling.
Then my brother said to slice up a lemon and put it in the water. Don't know why it works, can't be just the acid cause I've added vinegar before and didn't help much.
Add a sliced lemon and the shells slip right off even on that day laid eggs.
