That I did, plus cut up a big branch that came out of a tree along the lane, and dropped 2 young Locusts before they became a problem@kwhites634 So did you get your wood stacked?
haha, the antibiotics did the trick for the UTI - three more days and i'll be set. (for that at least.)I hope you are feeling better (and pregnant)![]()
Good deal. Of course, I can't find young men that will work that hard. I had two guys come out to help unroll and hang my feild fence over my barbed wire fence. I paid them for two hours and told them thanks, but I would do it myself. They took longer with two of them than it took me by myself. Pathetic. That I did, plus cut up a big branch that came out of a tree along the lane, and dropped 2 young Locusts before they became a problem
Well, for those of you who have not tried spaghetti squash instead of pasta for spaghetti, I highly recommend it. Pasta makes me fiend so I tried this several years ago with trepidation because most of the low calorie or alternate foods to be 'healthier' to me are not acceptable. I would rather do without than ruin something I like but have to just eat occasionally. I am having it now.
My cat just jumped up and stole a piece of asparagus from the bowl beside me???? Weird.

Just got my grandma to the airport, it was 9+ hours in the car, and kids screamed about 80 % of the time, so my brain is FRIED.
ME TOO. Don't get me wrong, I lik ebeing able to ride horses, and do all sorts of weird stuff, you know, like drink vodka anddance naked in the rain....watch Izombie.................. lol
But, being pregnant would be great. My best friend from back home is about 6 weeks pregnant after trying for a few years, I'm so excited for her, it woudl be fking awesome to be due around the time she was
I LOVE spaghetti squash! And you just reminded me that I still have 2 of them tucked away in a drawer. I think I'll make one tomorrow for lunch![]()

Tomorrow is the matriculation exam in biology, and my oldest will have to take it. 3 weeks I am telling him that he HAVE sest and learn with me a very important subject in genetic (20% of the exam )subject that I KNOW that he doesn't know very well. More then 5 time I have asked from him to seat with me but he always avoided, "I am learning "I will learn with friends " and all this B.S!
This morning I asked him again to seat with me but he preferred to learn with his friends, but his LORDSHIP finally agreed to seet with me this evening, when we set I understood that he doesn't remember even THE BASIC TERMS!! And he with his impertinence said "OK lets learn " he really thinks that we can cover subject that needs 3 days in a few hours!! I exploded and tell him that I can't help him, and he should go to his friends to learn! ST......,!!!
What a stupid age! He really think that they know everything!
But he just forgot the fact that the things that I have forgotten he didn't learn yet!![]()

This is just another stage of his learning....and he is going to "scrape his knees and knuckles" (and maybe even get a hard knock on his head) learning it.
It is a learning time for parents as well. They are "weaning" off of dependency on us and we are "weaning" off of having control and responsibility for them. We've had that control and responsibility for so long the weaning process can be traumatic for both sides, frustrating and confusing.
I've said for years, the hardest time of being a parent is when they've grown and on their own. All you can do is watch, pray and hope....and carefully give advice IF asked.
Quote: I finally gave up hiring help when I ran the lawn service. I was paying more per hour than they'd made elsewhere, but they didn't want to break a sweat to earn it. I cut my customer base back to where I could handle it alone; worked out just fine.
