Thanks for the coffee, MC! (I'm hoping that the images will come back in quotes when they finish all that image handling stuff for the site. )

I'm up, but way too tired to cull 12 cockerels today. Which is too bad, because it has to happen anyway, and no one else is gonna do it. Just finishing my coffee before heading out to get started. (At least I'm skinning this batch - no plucking today.)

@MotorcycleChick - I'm going to try pressure canning this batch. I might have some questions for you later today or tomorrow (though I THINK I have all the info - just haven't done it before).
