I normally don't have a lot nice to say about doctors, but this is funny:
A couple weeks ago, after putting up with all-too-frequent itching in the middle of my back, where I couldn't scratch or see it, I broke out a wall mirror & set it up so I could see what was going on. What I saw was an angry-looking circular mark taking up what seemed to be half my back, red & purple, like a bad bruise. Problem was I hadn't fallen against anything, nor had anything fallen on me. Off to the family doctor. He couldn't explain it, said it didn't look like the work of a tick, & prescribed an antibiotic. The antibiotic worked great, and 4 days later the doctor "proclaimed" me cured (his words, not mine). As our visit ended & he followed out of the office, he said, "D**n I'm good!"
