The only thing I can find on it is Cozyna for the brand. I will say since it has quite a bit of plastic it had a plastic smell to it for the first few times cooking. Didn't effect the taste of meat any.

Got the coop door fixed, two months later... Now a 70 year old blind arthritic coon would have to walk in instead of lazily backing up in the general direction of the door.

I know I should cull him.....but I won't they are just pets. Non of my last hatch of AC's showed any leakage or white toe nails.

Honestly, I like him better than the plain AC.

I like both, but I really love the leakage look too Phil.

I'm really enjoying the ability to cross with the chickens. It's a lot more fun than the strictness of our purebred sheep.

Did you marinated the meat? Did you use any special flacks for taste?

I marinated/brined the meat. Added 1 1/2 cups kosher salt and 2 cups of brown sugar to a gallon of water, brought to a boil. In second pot I added 1 tbls garlic powder, 1 tbls black pepper, and 1 tbls cayenne pepper, and a few dried herbs, (I didn't right down which) to a gallon of water, brought this too a boil. Removed from heat and let cool. Once cooled I mixed the two together and dumped on turkey in a large pot, added some more water to cover, and refrigerated overnight. I used pecan and hickory in the smoker.

No reason you can't impose strictness here and go for SOP standards. I do both, they each have different challenges...
