I have a chick that I thought needed assistance hatching. All my other eggs had hatched and this one showed no signs. I worried it may be malpositioned because I had another that died in the shell due to a malposition. I read through the assisted hatching guide and did as it said for a malposition suspicion. This chick does not look ready to hatch as I can still see pretty thick veining. Do I just leave it in the incubator? I chipped away most of the air cell to check but didn't pierce the inner membrane.
Thank you for the quick response! I feel terrible for trying to help but I was sure the chick was in trouble.![]()
Shoes somehow go missing all the time. Barefoot is easier---you can't lose your feet.
Vet would know that better than we do.Well I just got back from the vet with one of the chickens he got bumble foot and the vet thinks that he also might have a auto immune defincy and he gave us clindamycin is he going to die
My Rugrats would too.I don't know, I think my teenager might lose his feet... if they weren't attached.
