Have you any idea how much restraint it takes for people like her to humor old fossils like us?I feel more strongly against FF than you do corn so you understand now....
BTW do you know how hard it is for someone like me who is always correct to be patient with those like you???

No problem for you. One of them told me they were headed for Wicked's farm. It's 'bust' if I ever have anything to do with it.![]()
I bought Kamut scratch from Azure standard before. It was very good. Currently I have a cracked wheat scratch. I mix it with layer pellets. Groats are good tooI am anti corn 1000 percent.
And just like I know I will never change some peoples minds about the way I do things no one will even change mine about feeding out corn.![]()
Groats = ground oats?I bought Kamut scratch from Azure standard before. It was very good. Currently I have a cracked wheat scratch. I mix it with layer pellets. Groats are good too
They are hulled grains--usually from oats.Groats = ground oats?
I am going to see if I can contact "my" feed company today to see if they can tell me what exactly is the main ingredient in my feed "various grains" or something close to that.I need to go get the label out of my vehicle..after the rain stops..I will melt if I have to walk out there right now.I think wheat is probably the main for scratch. I would hope so. For cattle oats and barley for us....I mean that's what we feed. No prepared cattle feed here...lol.
My sheep were oats/barley/wheat/peas not necessarily in that order.
DH LOVED that...lolNOT!
Zero mothers stuff.I was going to start playing around with FF. I have the pvc feeder made up already. Just need to make it up the mix. I was going to use 2 buckets and put the 3-4 grains we use,(no corn) and fill it up with water and add some of the stuff my wife got for sourdough that says contains mothers.
How much mothers stuff would you add?
