I was ok with Kombucha just not
The relish on the other hand was delicious, the older it got the better. I think we may have the recipe I'm going to go back through the notes.
Does fermenting dull the hot peppers?

No, it just adds a bit more depth to the flavor. Most hot sauces use vinegar, which while it brightens the flavor up it also masks the floral and the sweet that can be found in some varieties. Habenero peppers are a pepper with a sort of sweet-floral note that gets lost a lot.

You should have told her she can paint it any color she wants, if you were painting it was going to be red.

I'll try this next time. It's in need of another paint job. So maybe if I say I'm going to paint both the house and the barn red she might compromise to the barn.

Indeed. Going to have to fix the trip plate. The metal trip plate is fatigued from all the animals. Might just replace it. Have several pieces of metal that would work.
