We saw it coming here a few months ago.. Some punk kids in a pick up were pulling up to mailboxes and gently and quietly pushing them over. Slowly but surely making their way up our street. I won't mention any names (hehe) placed plywood with nails on both sides of our mailbox for a week. Removing them in the morning before work and placing them back before bed.
8 days into it. A crappy beat up yellow rusted pick up truck was on our corner one morning with 3 flat tires. Someone, I don't know who.(hehe) left a note on the windshield saying we know what you have been doing and now so does the sheriff.
Have not seen a pushed over mailbox in a couple months now. There was over 20 or so in the height of their operation.
We had fun as kids but never destroyed anyone's property.

Tampering with mailboxes is a federal offense; they're federal property once they're put into use.

MC...I can't not write anything. Are you serious? (I cannot always tell when you are serious) IF you are really serious, do you not have family that would come and get you? Defending yourself is not a way of life. And duckling will grow up thinking this is normal behavior. I feel so sad when I read your posts. You deserve better.

I read researchers, sience article and I UNDERSTAND the chemistry involved, you can say what ever you like, it is your right, but it does not change the facts.

Well we got the hospital tour rescheduled (only doing it so I know where things are when we go) and the groceries done. Moved the run stuff to later this week since I'm having trouble getting the house cleaned. How'd everyone's day go?
