Why don't you help it along; make it come down when you want it to, in a controlled situation, not when it may hurt someone or something.
Plan B is under way. Have talked with our far neighbors (whom will be effected) and he said he would lend a hand but not until Sunday. We will control drop it then. Cut it up and ad it too the road side mess except good stuff for next years firewood.
