My sensitivities are in shock. I hope I can revive enough to have an afternoon Grandpa nap without night mares...

It doesn't matter what the SOP says, the SOP also has size ranges for birds, birds over sized are consistently winning, hence birds will be breed to be over sized. If it isn't a judged and measurable trait it will be lost over time.

This is so true, some breeds are WAY over or undersized because of what the judges want and not the breeds club/association.
