It's a shame we don't have RK around here, or Farm & Fleet, or Menards.

I get chips from Runnings, they charge more but I get the large flakes that last longer and do a better job. I think it is around $5.50-5.80 a bag.

TSC has what they call Flakes & Fine; I use the flakes. I'm only using one coop right now, plus a small doghouse in the corner of a tractor I'm keep 4 juvies in. Between the two, I'm using about 1/4 bale/change, so I'm getting decent mileage out of a bale, I guess.

I use the flakes at TSC if I have too. The Runnings ones are even better than the flakes. The Fleetfarm's are too small and turn to dust.

That's the hope! We've already established some positive sleep habits: sleeping only in the crib, having a loose evening bedtime routine, not rocking him to sleep, and having him learn day and night by keeping the lights dim at night and having the sun come in through the windows during the day seems to be getting him on the right path. He started out a fantastic sleeper from the get go, so that may be working in our favor.

You must be patient...... you can make plans as you want... the reality will decide.....
