EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Really cool! That looks like it takes a lot of patience and practice. I would need a couple sticks of dynamite to speed up the process..
Just kidding.. That looks like it can be very rewarding. "It's not the kill, it's the thrill of the chase".

Sounds like somebody's going to have a Real Genuine Merry Christmas! I am so happy for you.. Family together is the true meaning of Christmas.
Enjoy! Savor the moments.. :hugs

Does that mean "Lock her outside'?:pop

We have an old shortwave radio. The longer the wire (antenna), the wider the band width. Summer is when stuff from around the Globe comes in.
View attachment 1203410 This one is made by "hallicrafters". YES it works and is hooked up. We last used it after Hurricane Irma for entertainment purposes etc. It is an electric model but we have an power inverter we used clipped to a car battery during the power outage for 7 days.
FOR THE LIFE OF ME..:barnie
I can't find pix of the antique shortwave radio DH sold last year to pay some of our outstanding bills.
It was a rare cabinet model, Like the one The WALTONS had in the T.V. series. I think the pix are on the dead cell phone.:(

Benny is having fun this morn.. :lau

We don't hunt, the majority of the jewish people don't hunt, so to fulfill that ancient drive to go out there kill somthing and put it on the table we go fishing. I think that I could be an outstanding hunter!

Which is most of the year.
NHL Live is $100 per year, I think. I refuse to pay that much.
We're fortunate. We have a cable channel that carries all the baseball Cardinal games and all the Blues hockey games - included in our cable service.
I don't blame you there! Pro games back in the day, costs around $20 bucks a seat to see em in the stadium. Nowadays, to go see a game, they take your arm, your leg, grocery bill for the week, petro money for the month etc.
NFL players get payed MILLIONS of $$$$ per player and it only hurts the fans whom can't afford to witness them play in person unless they have 2 minimum wage paying jobs.
Will I feed my kids this week? or use my entire pay check to take my family watch a bunch of millionaires play ball?
I am no fun today.... sorry:D
Going to games is now for rich folk. One year I went to every single daytime baseball game. I couldn't do that now.
When the Rams moved back to LA, I couldn't believe the prices they were charging for tickets. They are averaging $126 per ticket. When their new stadium is complete, it will be the priciest show in the NFL.
The team is considering charging from $500 and $225,000 for a single seat license. That awards the purchaser the opportunity to buy single game tickets that will be from $50 - $400 for the associated seat license.

Don't you know that global warming is a myth? Nothing is wrong in our wonderful planet? And everything is a natural cycle that humans don't have nothing to do with? (Wait ,wait I need to laugh! Haaaaaaa :lau)
:thumbsup

I'll say. Completely ridiculous.

I love when customers message me before buying, because then they learn that if they're willing to wait 13 more days they will get a lower price and the benefit of US flat-rate shipping. It also tells me that they bothered reading the listing and my store page which clearly says that US/International customers should message me first so I can work with them to get the best price possible.

So to the two people from the US and Canada who ordered, sorry but you should have read better. Now you have to pay the ridiculous shipping from the EU to North America and you have to pay the Belgium prices which are $0.75 USD more expensive. If you'd have messaged me and waited I'd have given you cheaper lump sums for the amounts you're buying and you'd also get $6 USD flat-rate shipping. Sorry, not sorry.
