The only indore bird in my house is in the fridge.Indoor brooder = insane Banty!
I had 4+ (up to 8, I think?) birds inside the house all winter last winter.
I had no sanity inside my head all winter last winter.
My life was spent cleaning cages and sweeping floors and rebandaging frostbitten feet. NO more winter chicks.

With your kind of weather, the OUTDOOR birds are in a much worse situation then the refrigerated ones! I think that they enter your fridge to get worm!I have some of them too... they can stay. They don't make any mess.
