I grew up riding grade horses of unknown breeding from a hack stable, and I have ridden very well-bred Quarter horses directly from the King Ranch in TX; I'll take a gaited horse every time. Paso, MFT, TWH, no matter.

Things to know about horses and horse breeds..

1) the common Chicken has 3 times the brain size of a horse
2) Some horses are bigger than others
3) Americans love their horses
4) Nothing is as good for the inside of a man than the outside of a horse (stolen from someone)
5) Horses are not Kosher ( some guy in Israel told me this, he could be wrong)
6) Horses are 5 times smarter and cleaner than a dux
7) Horse poop adds up quickly, they eat more than a dux
8) Falling off a horse hurts more than falling off a dux
9) Horses live longer than dux
10) You really need to own a horse..
