I got hooked on the Bruins by default.
I grew up with a father who was a Habs fan, and a grandfather who was a Leafs fan.
Saturdays nights were pretty tense in our house, as Grandpa lived with us.
It was more of a rebellious choice on my part.

Ice hockey is my favorite sport. My favorite team is whoever is playing against the Penguins. I went to a Lumberjacks game while living in Ohio. The Lumberjacks were an international hockey league back then. It’s been taken over since then.

My Son in law is a Penguins fan. I can't understand him. Must of been dropped on his head as a child. (maybe more than once)
But I agree with you, any time another team beats Cindy Crosby and the Penguins, it makes me smile.
