Of course, my bed was out of town working a sale tonight. I was wishing I had part of my if only list. I want one of those lovely tilt tables. I might have tried to stitch it myself then.

So interesting hatch happened yesterday. Egg had pipped on day 19 and by late day 21 no progress and was the last left in the incubator. I opened it’s hole a bit more to find the chick was stuck in a gel and also to the membrane. I was able to slowly dampen and pull it away to free the baby. It’s still in the incubator as I work to slowly get the goo off it’s face. I’m waiting for the abdomen to close but It’s is finally able to open it’s eyes. I’ve been doing a few drops of Poly Vi Sol in the mean time. I’m wondering if there is anything else I can go to get it up on it’s feet?

@ambe0487 is that the last one in the bator?

if it is you can just take it out and give it a gentle bath just dont get any water in the nose/mouth
after its dry you can make it some shoes

bandaids or electrical tape work well

Rotate as in move them around the incubator? I put the more developed one more torwards the edge to see if it helps.
