I am sorry, I find it hard to keep up with this thread these days. My campaigning is taking a exorbitant amount of my time.
Then when the first post I need to read is from "CC"......all I can think is..... HE TOOK A CHICKEN TO THE VET!!
Making it impossible to read further because of the tears in my eyes...

That is a wonderful score.
You likely have long tailed weasels if you're anywhere near water.

I had never SEEN any members of the Mustelid family before mink killed $2,000 worth of birds in 6 buildings with locked doors in the course of a week.
Are you opening the door to do the readings or are the spot checks in the Bator all the time?101 top

No pigs here. But we have had bear reports around us. All other predators you listed are pretty much here as well.WOW, that basically says there are weasels everywhere! I have heard that Mink can get into a seriously secure coop and they just kill for fun. I do have a serious gopher problem, but have never seen a weasel, and I hope I never do. They look ugly.
As for predators, here is what they list for possible sightings in the hills surrounding my valley:
Native predators include bears, mountain lions, bobcats, fox and the coyote. Skunks, opossums, and raccoons are frequent visitors in every neighborhood and bats contribute to our mosquito abatement efforts. Deer are in the foothills, feral pigs in the canyons, and rabbits in abundance everywhere
I have lived in this valley off and on since 1979, there used to be wild pigs everywhere. Yes, we were treed more than once trying to escape after harassing them. Haven't seen any locally in years. Hiking, I've seen bobcats and lynx. We've had a coyote on our driveway. There is a man made lake not too far, but no other water sources that I'm aware of. So far, I've lost birds to Hawks, and I think at night, we lost one to an Owl (she didn't go into the coop and we missed her). And we think we lost a roo (that was in a dog kennel on our porch) to a raccoon.
Thankfully, I've never run into a bear!!!
The only thing missing from this picture is Little Red Riding Hood.![]()
