I hope mine hatch this Thursday. Then I have another batch of Dark Cornish coming a week or so after them.

Nice! I have these hatching for probably today and tomorrow. And another bator with seramas that I’m hoping hatch Thursday. Then I have bantam polish and Cochins eggs arriving. It’ll keep me busy for a while!

Is that your drive that's eroded so bad (in the foreground)? Looks like mine after a heavy rain; have to work it over with the chain drag.

Yes unfortunately. Sometimes I grade it sometimes not. Another friend is going to bring me in some 3/4 crushed gravel soon. I usually pull it all back up from the bottom. 3” of rain in 3 days will do that.

I’ll say.
I have Speckled Sussex hatching just before Easter. Both varieties are shipped eggs so not certain of outcome.
Are the Cochin also bantam?

Anyone been to TSC & seen the solar planters made to look like chickens? I was in there yesterday to see what kinds of chicks they have, and saw the planters. DW's b'day is next week, and since I was there anyway...well, you know how it goes. TSC just loves people like me.

I'll trade you I'm cleaning out goat sheds and putting more Rockin cleaning poopy butts cuz I got a bunch of them, and trimming feet. Not to mention somebody needs to clean the poop out of the chicken coop and since I'm the only one around I guess that would be me.
