4 Hams, 2 Butt Roasts, 2 Bacon Slabs. It is a modified Brink man water pot smoker. All the contents cured for 12 days and will now smoke for 12-14 hours. When complete, most of the contents are gifts for family. Except 1 Ham & 1 Bacon Slab. Smoking with Blackjack Oak and Hickory.

I refuse to look you just make me hungry. Especially, after winter when I have to do my thousand calories a day to get back in my summer clothes.

@Sally Sunshine I would not be going anywhere this year except to see my stepmother who pays half the airfare, if it wasn't for my sister going and asking me to just come along. She's paying houses in the car because she's taking her daughters. Her husband is staying home since their son has bandcamp and he's working lots of hours right now too.

Okay I'm used to it I've always fought gaining weight. The only joy I get out of it is the people that hit 40 who always been able to eat anything they wanted all of a sudden complaining it's hard to maintain their weight and hard to lose weight I just laugh and think dude welcome to the club. At least you got to spend years wearing the cute clothes and eating whatever you wanted which is entirely unfair.

Moderation, smaller portions. We are in the 50's but stay active.. I know you are active.. just don't eat second helpings.

We finally paid off all our credit cards 30 years or more ago; I haven't owned one since. DW still has one, much to my displeasure, but she pays any balance whenever the bill comes in.

We have it but 95% of ouer purchases by cash.

The EPA just showed up. They want to fine us "1 ham" for putting a hole in the ozone layer..

Hard to get a good shot of the meat. I can only hold my breath so long..
