Hi everybody. Miss you all No greenhouse for me now-any money we have is going toward my treatments and insurance. Same stuff different day with fighting workmans comp on every little thing. Today is a good day so thought I would jump on and say hi. Chickens are good-Bill is an angel for putting up with me and helping with them. Thank you @kwhites634 for the building info Maybe Bill can rig something for summer-growing stuff in the sunroom until then. Please feel free to drop me a message and let me know what's going on with all of you. Its so hard to type or even read sometimes and other than feeding the birds. I am in bed a lot. I helped Duckling make butter today. It’s not the hard mass with butter milk it’s supposed to be, but it tastes good, and Duckling was in heaven eating some.

I rewatched the video. I didn’t do anything wrong. Next time we’re making it in a bowl with a mixer.

Sometimes after you wash the butter it takes awhile to set up in the fridge.

I got really scared yesterday Sally, I was getting ready to use that stuff and I looked down and seen a hole right between my breasts ! I hollered and my DH said whats wrong? whats wrong ? I told him and asked him to take a look.
