EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Day four of incubation. I sure hope these hamster eggs hatch! :fl
 You’re on some cool drugs!

It was actually just the drake getting underfoot, and wishing for blood. The dog and chickens were surrounding the fence.
Long day today!
I had bad dreams, woke too early cold and in pain. The dog had stolen the covers.
Dish was out, and I missed the show that somehow makes me happy.
I read an email about wasp/hornet/bee stings, and was stung in the hand less than a minute later. It’s hot, swollen and my whole arm and my head hurts.
I went into the duck pen in pajama pants to collect eggs, and feed them. I ended up starting a rebuild of their housing. I got poop, mud, worms and other gross things all over me.
New milk turned already.
My cellphone might catch fire at any time (seriously. Verizon said to shut it off. I can’t replace it atm, so I’m risking it).
Now that I’ve whined, I feel better. :D But I actually don’t consider this a bad day. It’s actually kinda funny.

Oh! You haven't been following the saga, I guess. Maybe it's all on WV's thread.
I bought it last week; it got delivered Tuesday, unassembled, with no manual. A friend of mine got it assembled w/o a guide, and the factory sent me a pdf, which, among other things, said to cycle the ram a couple times in the upright position, to distribute the hydraulic fluid, then add the remainder of 5.5 gal. to the reservoir. Ain't happening; ram won't move. After trying a couple other things, the current Customer Care opinion is a bad or loose pump. I was told that the proper guy at the local service facility wasn't available Friday, so here I sit with half a cord or more of wood to split that a wedge & sledge won't touch, getting more torqued by the hour. The factory folks, regardless of all the platitudes they throw at me, couldn't give a chit less that I can't get anything done; they know I'm not about to be jumping up & down on the boss' desk in Colorado.
This is so ridiculous that you still can't use it. :hugs
Oh wow, sorry to hear that. When is the proper local guy available?

No, I haven't kept up, skipped ahead. A friend of Deb's came to visit, I lasted a day then headed to the lake cottage. Came home, weather has been nice, been busy working outside.
Lol...ok, this made me laugh! :gig
I work at a co.op where we sell mowers and such and I don't send anything home with someone unless I know it works.... you know forward is forward and reverse is reverse. Just my thoughts but I would rather find a problem where the guy can fix it instead of having the customer high and dry
:bow The world needs more people like you. Perhaps they can clone you. download (8).gif

Benny, you really made my day with that post!
Today at 1:12 PM #8
:lau
Mine too!
I’ve seen some crazy things today. A hard sparkling water (“no sugar, and only 88 calories!”), and three new kinds of jeans. The jean thong (okay, that I actually understand), the buttless jeans (because chaps weren’t enough! And these are $125! ) and the lace up jeans. :lau
I don’t think the pictures are too risqué.

There are no words. :th
Thanks. All in two incubators that haven’t been proven. :barnie
They turned out cool.

I can't remember what I was going to say. :barnie
lol... well deserved justice!
:yesss: It's terrible that people do this. I'm so naive.

I think you need a hug! :hugs
