I cannot figure it out. We haven't had rain in a couple weeks! It's looking like rain today, but I'm not getting my hopes up. It was thundering in the bright sun a few days ago. No rain.

It rained here starting yesterday late afternoon. It's looking like it's about to start again.

Well, it looks like it enough that I took the tent down since the rain fly was already off.
Funny thing about this tent. The only solid part is the front (which has windows) and sides up to about three feet. The top two feet of the sides and roof are screened. You have to have the rain fly on to keep yourself dry or have privacy.

I might need to look into really putting coffee in an incubator by my bed. I just went for a cup of coffee, and brought an empty cup into the living room. I’m not even awake enough for coffee!

Oh! And after so many promises of rain, it’s finally raining.

And the ducks have become escape artists. I let them free range once last week, and they have suddenly become able to get through the fencing that has successfully held them for three months.

I seriously was so happy to sleep in a bed last night! And then to sleep without waking up to the sounds of an idiot racing through the paths around here!
