I love that there are folks that can count their chickens..... I am not that low on numbers yet. There are several batches that I can count how many in that batch, and I only have 10 pens outside with birds so It can't be that bad, right?.... lol

Tolerable. DW's recovering nicely from the total knee replacement the 1st week of August; drove for the first time yesterday, going to therapy twice a week for an hour. Still has to ice it after she's been on it too long, but overall, she's doing very well.

The feed bill was killing me. Soon as I find out which ones I’m keeping on the new breeds I’m going to be lower yet. Till spring when eggs kick in.
