I used to have some Narragansett’s but the tom died due to an injury. The lady I got them from had quite a few types of turkeys and I always wondered if what I got was pure.

The lady I got this one from was told that it was a royal palm pair.....yeah no the coloring was Not royal palm, the hen with him looked bronze to my untrained eye. And the 2 slates she got were from a free range flock, so?????? I am pretty sure they were from mixed color backgrounds

Free range royal palms, more like royal pain. But they will still be cool.

I was looking to keep a few that I had raised th as t wouldn't act like I was trying to kill them every time I got close to the pen..... I don't think any of them were pure varieties but I crossed em anyway so most of my current flock will hatch surprises.... I like interesting colors so it works for me
