At the feed store I used to go to, the bins were quite accessible to anyone picking up and putting in different bins.
I got a variety of white ones once that were supposed to be all the same.

I haven't ended up with anything mis-marked yet, but some of the stories I hear on here are incredible. Turkeys as Leghorns? How can anyone be that dumb?

My feed store mix up was a mix up for everyone. The feed store was supposed to get ducklings but they were sent goslings instead. Then they said that were the quiet, peaceful, well mannered Toulouse.... They were not. Sunshine a big, loud, territorial African and Lollipop is a loud, obnoxious, get in to everything (ex paint, kerosene), up our butts all the time Chinese lol

Yeah, it's still alive, barely. I can't say alive & well, but alive. Sally's only here once in a blue moon; between her goats & her health, she's not around these parts like she was. She doesn't even own a chicken anymore.

There's only a few of us holding down the fort; a crying shame.
