Yes a very nice meat bird albeit a bit tough to raise to maturity I think. They are big enough to butcher however my goal was to raise their offspring for that. The lady I got eggs from had live cameras on them for the purpose of making sure they haven’t fallen.

I went through the best part of a jar of that Rutland powder. I think I wound up with more creosote than ever before. I used it on hot coals and on flames; no difference.
No they don’t lay many. Then they go broody.
Yeah, it is. A lot of it's so dry that it burns up too quick.
That's part of the reason I stopped coming. It got to the point I felt like I was talking to myself.
