some.... my youngest daughter plans to take black Nn and black turkeys and my middle daughter plans to do meat chickens and meat ducks.... this will be a first for us so hoping everything goes smoothly

meat chickens as in cornish x our local fair requires them to be under 9 weeks to be in the Meat class and the kids to be able to sell them at the livestock auction.... and dual purpose to be under 12 weeks....... so Not my Heritage birds.... yes the plan is for her to grow them, show them and sell them.

Good news! My heated bowl did NOT die! Apparently 1° is too much for it and it got a nice layer of ice on top but by the time it got up to The mid 20's it thawed out That means I can still move it to the turkey coop and use the two new ones that just came in, in the breeding pens. Good morning Mike. No rain for at least a week. Found a guy to cut trees down around here before more fall on house. He used to cut trees for living but that was 30 years ago.
