What happened to Esther?

Complications from this budding essentially the vet must have had the iron-on her too long. Sometimes young doelngs have a thinner skulls. I am going to hold off longer on doing some of mine even if I have to deal with scurs.

it always amazes me how it's never the extra bucklings or something you don't really care about it's like her a doeling I waited a long time for it was so excited to get.

I spent four days and nights nursing Esther and then she died And that night I had a quad born. They're a bit small mommy's at hers too big so they've been bottle-fed just lots of extra.
What are you guys up to?

I hate all animals today. Morning chores should take 15 minutes, twenty tops. It took about two hours, and I only managed half a cup of coffee in that time.
Then I had to go back outside.
I emptied the old bedding I had piled up in my storage room yesterday. Today I had to mess with old electric (don’t get Pensmaster started on my electric!) to blow and suck as much dirt, dust, feathers... out of there. I managed to get two extension cords wrapped and hung before Mr. Maaco escaped again.
He escaped... six times today? In five ways. I hate ropes, I hate cables, I hate chains and I HATE old hoses.
The ducks need wormed.
