EE 10 weeks old, Boy or Girl?

Hello everyone. You all have so much knowledge, so I knew just who to ask for this one. This is "Abigail" we love her dearly, but we live in a area that only allows hens. She is 10 weeks old and I have no idea if she is really a girl or not. Can anybody help??

Thats a roo for sure. The comb is very red for an EE hen that young. The other give away is the saddle feathers coming in. The saddle feathers are the feathers right infront of the tail on the end of there backs. You see how they are pointy and point down to the ground, only males get feathers like that.
