EE 6wks old, iridescent neck feathers, roo?

I have two 6wk old EE's, one is starting to get iridescent feathers on the back of it's neck. Does this mean it's definetely a roo? Comb is small and yellow.

Nope doesn't mean a thing. I have plenty of EE pullets with pretty iridescent feathering.
