EE cockerel or Pullet

This here is Sparkles and is my daughters favorite chicken. I can see what could be saddle feathers but I read that EE can have more pointy feathers and still be a pullet. 17 weeks old.

**water was cleaned after the photo. We change it every morning because they are dirty pigs.

Thats a tough one.
At 17 weeks it could be a pullet near point of lay.
If a cockerel then should be crowing by now.

I have a few other cockerels that are the same age and no crowing yet.
I also have a BCM that is 6 months and no crow. However I did see him successfully mate this morning. So at least that part is working lol
 
I am not positive about gender, but I do see that there aren’t saddle feathers. So it may be a pullet. It just has a large crown, so it is kinda confusing. I would wait a little longer to be 100% My ameraucana cockerel has a crown that big at 4 1/2 months old and he’s just started getting his saddle feathers.
