EE color?

Debating adding one or two more EEs to my little backyard flock. This one(tan head,black beard) definitely grabbed my attention. The other (black and white)has a really cool pattern (kinda worried it's a roo because of comb ) i wont get to see them inperson until later. Obviously EEs and OEs can be any color , but is there an actual name for these colors or patterns? And if anyone has older hens of these colors, could you share what they look like once fully grown ?
