I just got 2 chicks from the feed store the other day labeled "americunas" which with further info they where EEs I was told they are 4 months old but I was thinking more 3 months to what do you guys think?.Oh and what is the coloring called

Only one picture has shown up. The bird on the right looks like a pullet, and I can't tell with the left bird (try to get a better photo, showing its side--this will be helpful in telling gender). Your birds don't really have a color pattern. Because Easter Eggers are mixes, most of them don't fit into any color pattern.
 
They all look like pullets to me, but better photos would help be sure. I do think they are around 3-4 months of age. None of them really have a specific color pattern/variety; Easter Eggers are mixed breeds and are usually mixed varieties, too.
