EE Hen or Roo?

Just wanted to add that in EE roosters saddle, sickle, and hackle feathers aren't always present.

Ive hatched out several EE that i thought were forsure females until 7 or 8 months old,
but roosters like this dont usually crow, they are feminine and usually don't reproduce or mate.

I'm not disagreeing that is is a pullet, because i looks like a pullet to me, I just wanted to note
that the feathering isn't always a furesure give away on EE especially if its created on generation F1

i for one would like to see those hen feathered roosters. they are always present some are just slow at maturing though coloring is a dead give away and this one is 4000% pullet due to it's coloration alone. also how do you know they are roosters what gave that away. i have yet to see a hen feathered EE

This is one of when we need that "this post is useless without pics" smilies.

the only hen feathered breed is the sebright though campines can come hen feathered but that is a DQ in that breed. i have also hatched out sebright mixes and each and everyone of them has their saddles and hackles of a regular non hen feathered rooster....

again would like to see pics of those roosters that you say don not have the saddles and hackles and sickles.
