EE is not walking straight

My almost 2yr old EE hen has become unbalanced.This behavior just started today. She is eating and drinking ok. I don't know if she's laying---I have 3 EE hens they all stopped laying in the early winter they have just begun to start laying again but I don't know if she has. Her poop is normal, eyes are clear , breathing normal and there is no discharge from her nostrils. She just walks off balance. I've separated from the rest of the flock. She seems calm..... Any ideas

I don't have any great insight, but bumping you up. Are there ANY other symptoms? Does she appear lethargic? Have you checked her all over for any unusual swelling or injury, especially on legs?

After keeping my EE hen indoors for the day she went back to normal. I put her back out in the run @5:00ish pm with no problems. Today she is the same as always hip hip hooray. I did alot of web searching and apparently if a chicken is pecked or bumped to hard on the head they can become unbalanced. I think this may have been the problem, this hen is at the bottom of pecking order and she didn't have any other symptoms or any injuries. I just hope it doesn't happen again.
