My EE are starting to lay for their first time. With my other young hens (not EE), their first eggs are always so small. Not so with my EE. Her first egg, a nice robin egg blue in color, was normal full grown hen size. Her second was a huge jumbo sized! Does any one else have any EE who didn't start out with small eggs or is she just going at it wrong? Is this normal?
    TIA

One of our EEs just started laying (our very first eggs!) and they are tiny. Four days in a row, started out 36 grams, last one up to 42. So there is my sample size of one chicken.
