I think you could call that bird an Ameraucana.
It looks pretty good from the picture. You need to check the skin color. Ameraucana should have white skin. Easter Eggers often have yellow skin. Look at the bottoms of the feet. They should be white not yellow. Easter Eggers and Ameraucanas are pretty closely related. Some Easter Eggers will meet the standard definition of an Ameraucana and could be shown as such.
