EE or Barred Rock Roo?

Good Afternoon all!

We are raising our first chicks this spring. These 4 came home from the store almost 6 weeks ago, making them around 7 weeks old. They are supposed to be 2 Easter Eggers and two Rhode Island Reds, all ladies..... The bird in the foreground is starting to look suspiciously like a Barred Rock Roo.

Any experts want to chime in and give me some insight about if I will need to find him a home? I cannot have a rooster in the township I live in.

Yes that is definitely a barred rock and probably a rooster. They look older than 7 weeks, though.
