EE or Partridge Cochin

The store had these in a bin together. I've had EEs and this one lookes like them in the face. What have I got?

No feathered feet, so can't be a Cochin. My guess would be EE.

What was the bin labeled? It looks a LOT like a d'anvers.

The bin said partridge cochins and EEs. All of the chicks were the same so I could not compare. The people working had no idea what kind they were. I showed them my chicks (1 EE and a RIR) she said 2 RIR's. I said no I have an EE I think but on the phone you said you had Partridge cochins. SHe just shrugged her shoulders.
