I just did, I put my finger in 1\2 inch and couldn't feel anything, is that far enough?

I'm reading like crazy trying to help you/her! Here's a thread on egg bound. It's says no poo too very little watery poo if egg bound. It also says to give calcium...do you have tums in the house you can crush?

You can read it too. It's not too long. It's also the first thread I read. I'm going to go read more now.

Hold the Pedialyte up to her beak, and if she doesn't attempt to drink push her beak down into the water, so that she will take a short drink. If you have to give her some with a dropper, just give a few drops at a time while holding her wattles down, then let her swallow by releasing wattles. It's much better for her to drink so she doesn't choke. Definitely try to get Corid (also called Ampromed, Amprol, amprollium) from the feed store in the cattle medicines. If they are out of it, Sulfadimethoxine or Sulmet will work, but it doesn't get as many strains of cocci. Until you get the Corid, keep forcing the Pedialyte, and don't worry as much about food.

I'm glad that she is starting to improve. The more fluids she takes the better tonight.
