EE Pullet looking awfully suspicious...cockerel?

I average about 25% roosters when I buy sexed pullets. Pretty sure it has happened again. Any guesses on pullet vs cockerel? They're not very tame, so it is hard to get a good photo. He's the one with the dark neck.

The curious guy in the second pic is a cockerel. Otherwise, looks like you have pretty pullets!
